HRC and heart rate

The HRC function is a sophisticated training program that keeps the heart rate set by the user constant.

In fact, if the age of the user and the relative heart threshold are set at the beginning of the training, the HRC program function, if necessary, will automatically intervene during the run, modifying the speed and inclination of the treadmill. This causes the user to change his heart rate, so that the preset threshold remains almost constant, with the aim of performing a workout in total safety and reliability.

The heart rate is detected with the Polar chest strap, which is placed around the chest measuring heart rate with extreme precision using cardio sensors (see heart rate monitor).

Inside the console a signal reception technology is installed directly from the Polar band, without the bulk of any wire.

The HRC function, therefore, gives the possibility to perform training in total safety and reliability.
