In this article we analyze a known and traditional sedative herbal tea useful in anxious states, that is in all those emotional conditions very similar to fear but in which the danger felt is not well defined. The anxious subject is often sad, indisposed, throbbing, has difficulty falling asleep, sweats a lot, complains about breathing difficulties and suffers from an inner discomfort that negatively affects the social, emotional and sexual sphere.

There are many natural remedies against anxiety, many of which are real active ingredients of some drugs.
