Aerobic martial arts

Here we are ... Good morning Fitness fans ... how are you? Thanks, thanks, I'm fine ...

Well well ... I have just returned from a spinning lesson ... my students, among other things this evening were all brand new, I had never seen them, they were all smiling, satisfied and sweaty ... not to talk about the girls of the hour before ... what an aeroboxe lesson .. a succession of boxing techniques to the rhythm of music ... Fantastic ...

My passion for sport was born at the age of 4 when I started doing Karate ... since then I have never stopped ... for years I had dreamed of uniting my two greatest passions ... karate and music. .. and now here ... the winning female figure practices fit-boxing, aeroboxe etc ... etc ... AEROBIC MARTIAL ARTS ... fantastic ... what more could I want from life ... This is my opinion the great novelty of 2002 ... maybe 2001-2002 ... and it is with great pleasure that I invite you all to try it .. certainly the first few times your head will spin ... but I assure you that you will feel a soldier Jane from provocative, bestial physique, beautiful and sexy ...

When I was a child they said that martial arts made them masculine ... I would laugh if I think that the most beautiful top models practice boxing ... how the world changes ... :-)

But let's get to fitness ... or rather to the Aerobic Martial Arts ... as far as I'm concerned from ex karateca I can say that the synergy between karate and aerobics is definitely a winner, the two disciplines are completed by accumulating energy through aerobic training yes it interacts between the physical and the spiritual, and therefore one walks both mentally and physically towards a condition of inner harmony ... I would invite all the ladies to practice some self-defense course ... given the elements that run around the world ...

The gyms that offer this type of activity are usually equipped with bags, gloves (although I highly recommend buying them ... hygiene first of all) ... the lesson is made up of heating ... I use the classic one of 'aerobics, sometimes I use the step ... after which we start to punch and kick ... at different rates ... having said that it looks like torture but I assure you that you will have a great time ... imagining maybe your employer with the face like a boxing bag ... or to give a kick with your favorite music to that boyfriend who made you suffer ... what a liberation ... oh girls and we don't underestimate the calories ... if we lose so many. .. not to mention that in addition to being a complete activity that uses both the upper and lower part of the body ... it fills you with determination ... and makes you really vent ... so I highly recommend it to people who are a little nervous and to the timid ... I strongly believe that fitness was used to pull ori what we are not able to do during the day ... one who tells you has made it a reason for living ... at the end of the lesson you will certainly not miss the stretching exercises and at the discretion of your instructor some toning exercises ...

And these facts you will feel ready to start again ...
