Nowadays the importance of physical activity has been recognized, both by men and women of every age, race and socio-economic condition, and by doctors. In fact, following their interviews, it is possible to notice that they always conclude by stating that in order to feel good about oneself, it is necessary to follow a good diet and do physical activity.

In the society we live in, the pace of life to which we are subjected is really hectic, so finding some time to devote to yourself becomes very difficult but, despite this, most of the population tries to find some space during the day.

The needs and the reasons that drive a person to do sports are many, such as:

  1. eliminate the stress accumulated during the day
  2. improvement of respiratory cardio activity
  3. functional recovery
  4. slimming
  5. muscle strengthening
  6. and others.

These objectives can be achieved with a personalized program for every need.

After this brief introduction, I would like to point out the following:

  1. a good calorie intake to the body, associated with good physical activity is able to develop muscles and eliminate fat deposits.

    ** one tip that I always give to everyone is to drink plenty of water during the day and to avoid snacks between meals; only those of mid-morning and mid-afternoon based on fruit are allowed.

  1. When we feel fit, we feel good about ourselves and interact with the outside world in a more serene way.

Today with the new techniques it is possible to propose to anyone to approach the world of sport and, in particular to the gym, since in relation to the different ages it is possible to differentiate the training. Here are some examples:

Pilates

This discipline includes a synergistic work between body and mind, improves posture, flexibility, muscle strength, concentration and breathing.

These training techniques are recommended to everyone.

Toning in the weight room

This type of training consists of a job that requires the use of dumbbells, barbells and tools to improve cardio vascular function and muscle tone.

For particular types of subjects it is possible to concentrate the work on the cardio machines, associating only a few free body exercises.

This sport is recommended for those who want to acquire muscle tone, muscle mass, lose weight and do post-operative rehabilitation exercises.

Free body toning

This activity consists of free body exercises, in time with music with and without using the step.

Exercises with Fit Ball

This type of training is recommended to anyone, it allows you to perform all toning, abdominal and muscle relaxation exercises, especially the back.

for this last point, I would like to underline the fact that the fit ball is a tool that is recommended for those who have back problems, because of its ability to follow the spine protecting it and avoiding unpleasant pains.

To conclude we can say that an active lifestyle increases the quality of life itself and a gradual increase in physical activity contributes to the reduction of the risk of heart disease.
