Another important aspect to consider is that if you train in pairs the individual cost is generally reduced by 30-40%. Furthermore, after an initial period in which the basics of training are learned, the presence of the personal trainer can be reduced to a few monthly meetings and be supported by weekly telephone interviews, certainly less onerous.

It is a wise behavior rule to be wary of those who apply tariffs that are too low and ask for concrete reasons for those who apply too high.
