Proper Nutrition for Keeping Lean

Edited by Ivan Mercolini

The Workout

The theme of this treaty of mine is the power to stay thin. But I believe that a brief mention should also be given to training.

Physical activity is physiological and inherent in man. Lack of muscular work automatically predisposes to long-term health problems, precisely because physical activity is implicit in the structure of the human body.

The absence of movement and counter-resistance work leads in a few months to loss of lean tissue and to a drop in metabolism, even if your nutrition was perfect.

Be it the training calibrated with your age, commitments, stress level, goals, structure. A young person can also do 5 workouts a week, including cardio and weight training. An adult worker can be reduced to 3 weight training, cardio and fast walking workouts. An elderly person can limit himself to fast walking 3-4 times a week for 30/60 minutes per session.

Physical activity does not necessarily have to be in the weight room (I remember that I am not talking to body builders, but to non-professional people with the aim of staying dry / lean). Group toning activities (such as tone up, pump, gag), group cardio activities (spinning, aerobic dance, step) are good. Sports games like soccer are good. Swimming is good.

In short, you alternate anaerobic and aerobic physical activity to keep your metabolism high, your heart and arteries healthy, your body tonic.

Remember for everyone: the work on the transverse inside the crunch, as written at the beginning of this lesson, is a must.

You Eat and Lose Weight ... Without Fashion Diets

If I explained myself well enough and applied just as well, you should find yourself lean / dry (or keep yourself that way) within a few months, eating to satiety and WITHOUT starving. This is fundamental, so that this lifestyle is pleasant for you and is maintained over time.

It's nice to be able to eat until you feel full, and at the same time lose fat and feel good and healthy. This is what I want and hope for you, without ulterior motives, since I write to you totally free without receiving compensation, if not your satisfaction and esteem.

To help you follow these instructions, it is also good that you attend the right companies or that you drag the entire company here. If you go out with those who often take you to the restaurant, or to the disco, or to the happy hour, or to the fast-foods, or to stress you with absurd requests taking away from relaxation ... it is natural that you will always be incompatible with the proposed diet.

I also hope, with this lesson, to remove you from the influence that the various "fashionable" diets proposed by the media every year exert on you. Leaving aside the most bizarre and baseless (such as those indicated in most newsstand magazines), generally the innovative and commercial diets published in the books, do nothing but take a slice of truth within the complex field of nutrition, isolate it, make it absolute and season it with some folk image.

In doing so they make sure they do not tell you a lie, but at the same time give you half a truth. They plagiarize you, urge you to follow them, perhaps by subscribing to a website, to spend on special supplements, etc. And, not infrequently, they end up damaging your health in the long term.

And again: healthy eating is simple feeding. Stay away from the so-called HIGH CUISINE and from chef's dishes, which often combine different protein sources, make improper cooking, mix together unassailable foods, with satisfaction for the palate and eyes, but dissatisfaction with the stomach, intestine and therefore the whole organism.

What I have written here is simple, economical, affordable, healthy and absolutely EFFECTIVE. Guarantee is the fact that you don't owe me anything for this lesson, nor does it give me anything My-PersonalTrainer. But since you write to me in the hundreds to ask for advice or to be my pupils and I am often forced to refuse for lack of time, I want in some way, anyway, to help as many + people of good will as possible.
