Country you go, color you find

Those who have had the opportunity to visit Anglo-Saxon countries will certainly have noticed a certain tendency to market foods with a brilliant color .

Often these are real "devilries", such as colored popcorn, ketchup and colored mayonnaise, or snacks that change colors in the mouth by coloring the tongue.

For the same reason, in the United States a strawberry yogurt has a much brighter and brighter color than a similar product sold in Italy.

Obviously Americans like it that way!

Fortunately, in Italy consumers tend to doubt overly bright colors, preferring softer and opaque colors, which refer to the concept of genuineness and homemade product.
