We build our mental health, mental and physical well-being, largely from us: it depends on us, with our physical and nutritional behavior (excluding the damage due to the environment in which we live that do not depend on our work).

Okay, genetics sets us life, in theory if when we are born we read our genetic heritage, we might know what disease we will probably get sick of and

we will probably die, but it is not so, we are, with our behavior, that we can largely change for the better or worse the tendency to diseases that genetics has programmed us. We can change the predictions dictated by genetic heritage for better or worse, as nature has done with evolution. Our evolution is nothing but adaptation to the environment and consequently the modification of genes.

Then !!!??

Physical activity, Correct nutrition and medical prevention are the three fundamental behaviors that, if practiced, will help us to live in a healthier way, therefore more extension; consequently we would enjoy life more.

I understand that in everyday life, all of us, fighting with various problems at work, looking after everything that is daily, repetitive, boring and tiring, the main thoughts on how to spend our free time inevitably converge to:

What will we do to make the rest of the day enjoyable?

Rest? Find a fun activity? Do you spend time in a pleasant and relaxing way? These are the thoughts that occur most in our mind.

I understand that Everyone or almost think so, is human ...

Excluding those who really have a hard, stressful and physically heavy job eg. the bricklayer laborer (who moves and struggles too much), all the others should think and seriously consider the

BODY

SUCH AS?

The human body is destined inexorably to grow old, well, maybe not everyone knows that the safest and most natural way to "SLOW DOWN", not even to block, aging (besides a correct diet, a subject that we will face on another occasion), is practice a physical activity regularly. In this sense, fortunately, there are no age limits.

The human body is made to move not to OZIARE, Mai ..... We rest when we go to sleep, on average eight hours of sleep are enough to restore and restore our body.

The solution to prevent the various problems, both muscular and skeletal that we will have over time, is only one:

DO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

I add, regulate, not four months a year and maybe resume work after the holidays in September .... very wrong.

My appeal, my message:

Our body is unique, keeping it IN SHAPE means HEALTH ; in addition to increasing our level of self-esteem, it will allow us to show ourselves to others with such an appearance (it should not be so but in fact it is) to be advantaged in life.

A REFLECTION is at least a duty ......
