An idea to replace the bar and make a tasty, fast and alternative snack at home in just a few minutes!

Ingredients:

50 G DI AVENA

25 G OF PEANUT BUTTER

10 G OF HONEY

50 ML OF PARTIALLY SKIMMED MILK

15 G OF VANILLA MILK SERUM PROTEINS

Preparation:

In a cup mix the oats, peanut butter and honey until a homogeneous mixture is made. At this point add the protein powder and the milk and mix everything again; wait a few minutes to allow the oats to absorb the milk and get ready to enjoy this excellent snack.
