Indications CONDYLINE ® Podophyllotoxin

CONDYLINE ® is successfully used for the topical treatment of external sharp condylomata.

Mode of action CONDYLINE ® Podophyllotoxin

CONDYLINE ® is a medicinal product based on Podophyllotoxin, an active ingredient extracted and purified from Podophyllin, a natural element present in particular plant varieties.

Its high therapeutic efficacy can be traced back to the cytolytic and keratolytic action, useful both in favoring the blockage of the cutaneous proliferation of HPV-infected cells and in the effective necrosis of the sharp condyloma.

Although the mechanism of action is not yet fully characterized, this active principle is successfully used in the treatment of external sharp condylomata, thanks also to the pharmacokinetic properties that significantly limit the risk of potential side effects.
