E356 ADIPATO DI SODIO
Sodium adipate is the sodium salt of adipic acid (E355); it is used by the food industry as a synthetic acidifier and acidity regulator. It can be contained in flavored salts. Being metabolized by our body and expelled with urine, sodium adipate is not very risky for health; consequently there are no significant side effects reported in the literature.
ADI DOSE: 5 mg per kg of body weight.
