Fruit ... healthy refreshment? why? It also protects us from certain pathologies ... for example hypertension and obesity

Fruit helps maintain the right acid-base balance of the blood, neutralizing excess acidity. The juice is useful to replenish liquids and salts lost with sweat; moreover, the high presence of vitamins - a large part of group B (water-soluble vitamins) - helps the body to better withstand the stress of heat. It seems only right to me and I must stress that fruit also protects us from certain pathologies that are particularly harmful to our health, such as obesity and hypertension.

Below is a list of fruits with important nutritional characteristics for our body:

the apricot : the richest in vitamin A. One hundred grams of apricot pulp even contains 360 mcg of vitamin A, and this makes it the ideal fruit to protect the skin, gastrointestinal mucosa and to maintain perfect visual efficiency. Rich in potassium, the apricot is useful for combating weakness and fighting depression.

Melon : a real supplement. Very rich in potassium (according to my thesis it is the fresh fruit that contains the most), it is also an important source of carotenoids and vitamin C. To complete the nutritional value, there are also the vitamins of group B, as well as a good amount of lycopene, an important substance that protects us from some degenerative diseases.

Fishing : refreshing and stimulating. peach contains discrete amounts of pro-vitamin A and mineral salts. Excellent thirst quencher, it has an effective purifying and regulating action on the acidity of the blood. It has the ability to stimulate gastric secretion and possesses mild laxative properties.

The plum : toning of the nervous system. It deserves attention for its toning and stimulating properties of the nervous system, especially if one has the foresight to consume it on an empty stomach. If you then choose red plums, you can also count on a good dose of antioxidant and anthocyanin pigments, due to the dark color of the skin.

Pears : lower cholesterolemia and defend our immune system. Rich in water-soluble vitamins, mineral salts and potassium. They contain pectin and for this reason they are a fruit with a low glycemic index (if consumed in moderation they do not cause significant increases in blood sugar).

Cherries : purifying and detoxifying. They have an excellent remineralizing capacity and function as blood purifiers and detoxifiers. This type of fruit provides few calories, around 38 kcal per 100 grams of pulp.
