More and more often the sandwich ends up replacing the traditional meals, because it is more practical and "hasty". However there is no lack of possibilities to personalize it to the fullest, whether you want to please the palate, or because of line problems or health needs. But how many calories does a sandwich have? The following calculator allows you to make a personalized calculation based on the various ingredients in just a few seconds. Our advice is to change them often, without fossilizing on the same ingredients and giving space also to vegetable ones, such as rocket or lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes. Furthermore, if the sandwich is a habit, we avoid always eating cold cuts - with all their load of preservatives and saturated fats (with rare exceptions) - replacing them with cheese, for example, mozzarella or fontina, fish, such as salmon or tuna, and legumes, like beans.
