Tips to fight cellulite

Many clients of my gym ask me for effective and lasting remedies against cellulite, but knowing very little about the causes of this inflammation; many of them were then satisfied with my advice.

I state that cellulite is the effect of a general intoxication which can almost always be remedied by adjusting one's life rhythms and following a correct diet.

It seems trivial but as a first remedy I ask you to drink a lot of water to start detoxification and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, as they bring salt and vitamins: of these it is better to choose those with higher content of potassium, excellent to promote diuresis : this precious mineral is found in grapes, in kiwi, in pineapple which has anti-inflammatory efficacy, in asparagus, garlic and onion. The vitamins of group A, C, E as well as those of group B that confer the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora are of great importance. Vitamin A gives elasticity to the connective tissue and is more concentrated in cod liver oil and green cabbage; for the vitamin C that contributes to the nutrition of the walls of the lymphatic vessels, choose the red peppers and once again the green cabbage; finally, vitamin E, which helps regenerate connective tissue, is present in large quantities in wheat and oats, and therefore in their unrefined derivatives.

To promote intestinal peristalsis it is good to opt for foods rich in fiber such as hazelnuts, lentils, fresh peas and corn.

It is never superfluous to remember that smoking and alcohol predispose to the formation of cellulite and therefore I advise you to drastically stop smoking, simply drink a glass of wine with each meal and try soluble coffee with a high potassium content instead of traditional coffee.

To ban fatty foods, salty ones, spicy sauces and fried foods. Avoid sweets, refined sugars and even those sweeteners with a high glycemic index. Add to this a series of prohibitions laxatives which, over time, can cause intestinal lesions and diuretics.

Do not forget to occasionally do lymphatic drainage massages and, of course, always follow the advice of your doctor.

With all this you will realize that you have saved in health and, this is another good news, in money; therefore you will also have the opportunity to invest your money in some food intolerance tests that highlight the foods that are harmful to you.

Eat healthy enough, avoid low-calorie diets, almost always sterile but also dangerous since they lead to hormonal declines, slowing down the metabolism and increasing, alas, cortisol: it is all back because cortisol promotes fat accumulation, one of the best allies of cellulite.
