Cardiovascular diseases, or diseases that affect the heart and blood vessels, are the leading cause of death in the world's most industrialized countries.

To favor the insurgency in a decisive way, it is certainly a wrong diet, composed of fatty foods, too salty, poor in basic nutrients and rich in unsound substances .

According to a survey on the www.heart.org site, 14% of users said they renounce a healthy diet, which reduces cardiovascular risk, because it is too expensive in economic terms .

Asked about this topic, Professor Kris-Etherton, professor of nutrition at the University of Pennsylvania, replied that with the preparation of meals from week to week and paying attention to some rules it is possible to eat healthy and spend little.

  • Buy only seasonal fruits and vegetables .
