In this article we analyze a known and traditional herbal tea for colds, a viral and transient disease that even today does not know a real cure.
The anti-cold tea we offer in this article is essentially based on flowers and as such must be obtained by infusion and not by decoction. The use and the dosage foresee that the boiling water is poured on the preparation, then letting the infusion rest for a few minutes in a covered container; normally one tablespoon of preparation is used per cup, to be taken 1-3 times a day.

Analyzing the ingredients of this herbal tea for colds it is clear its diaphoretic action, that is the ability to induce an increase in sweating, giving relief through the decrease in body temperature; also for this reason the cold tea must still be taken hot.
