It all started at the end of the 90s when along my journey in the health field, officially started in the second half of the 80s, I met Dr. Giovanni Leanti La Rosa. At the time he had already developed and practiced from ca. 20 years his massage technique, called "Anti-stress massage". I immediately realized that this technique, a real mix created on purpose of the best of innumerable methods of manual treatments, presented enormous advantages compared to the classical massotherapy and to the other massage methods known to me. The thorough scientific preparation of Dr. Leanti as well as his strong personal motivation, derived from the fact that only the massage had "saved" him from a crescendo of anxiety problems that no other therapy (conventional or not) had managed to appease, they had all this allowed.

Since then I have worked first to learn this method in minute detail and "secrets", working "elbow-to-elbow" with its creator, and subsequently to develop its application also in areas other than that of the typical stress problems, such as physiotherapy, sports and posturological, transferring the precious advantages and peculiarities.

On the solid foundations already built and formed by scientific assumptions and operational technique, it was thus necessary to integrate even more with osteopathic techniques, bodywork as well as some completely original, deepening and researching synergistically in subjects such as posturology, ergonomics, neuro-programming linguistic the psychoneuro-endocrine-immunology and, certainly not the least important, the new knowledge about the connective system.

Always keeping in mind the teaching of Dr. Leanti La Rosa "Everything is perfectible", what comes in this publication described is thus the result of ten years of research as well as personal practice on various problems in more than 2, 000 subjects.
