BOOT CAMP: the new frontier of fitness

He was born in Australia in 1991 and from there it spread throughout the world, the marines style training, as we saw it in the movies, has now also arrived in Italy. Presented

recently at the fitness festival in Rimini he immediately imposed himself with great enthusiasm and satisfaction of the many participants.

In essence it is a special training, which in a limited period of time (usually 6 weeks) allows you to shape and / or improve the physical shape of anyone. With this training, whether you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced, male or female, you will all have exceptional results. The bootcamp, in fact, was born in the military academies to forge in the short time of the course the physical and the motivation of the future officers.

In 6 weeks each participant will record incredible improvements compared to their starting level, whatever it is. Overall improvements ranging from weight loss to muscle strengthening, from speed to endurance.

The other novelty is that you train in the open air, in public parks. Enough gyms and everything that goes with it, just tools: only a green lawn and the weight of your body!

You train outdoors in the park, whatever the weather, performing a mix of high-impact free-body exercises that intensely involve all the muscles and the cardiovascular system.

The bootcamp is dedicated to men and women and has the Trainer-Instructor and the group as its strengths. the Trainer will impose the times and rhythms of the training, creating a different training each time, giving the right motivation to reach the final result. The group of participants who train together, both with individual exercises and in drums or in pairs, will be the spirit of camaraderie that is necessary to overcome difficulties while having fun.

The training system takes into account the different form of the participants, but unlike other group workouts, where different classes are imposed for different levels, in the bootcamp having different levels of preparation becomes an opportunity to better train everyone and all together.
