Rose water: home preparation
  1. Infusion: bring the water to a boil, immerse about 150 petals, leave to infuse for 15-30 min, filter, store in resealable containers for 40 days max
  2. Cold maceration: prepare a sterile gauze containing rose petals, dip the gauze in a container with cold demineralized water, let it soak overnight.
