E313: THIODIPROPIONIC ACID
Thiodipropionic acid is a synthetic food additive with an antioxidant function.
It is contained in fatty products to prevent rancidity, and therefore particularly in oils and fats, as well as in cosmetics.
No negative side effects are known to the concentrations of thiodipropionic acid normally used.
ADI DOSE: 3 mg per kg of body weight.
