Do you want bruschetta?

Bruschetta is a typical dish of many regions; the recipes to prepare it are numerous as it lends itself to numerous food combinations. The basic ingredients that usually make it up are bread, extra virgin olive oil and tomato, all typical foods of the Mediterranean food tradition.

In recent times there is a real rediscovery of bruschetta, we have tried to re-evaluate it also in a nutritional key by preparing a balanced and tasty dish.

The absence of fats of animal origin and the simultaneous presence of monounsaturated fats and fibers in good quantities, make the bruschetta healthier and healthier than the other appetizers.

However, traditional bruschetta is too rich in carbohydrates and low in protein.

CHARACTERISTICS: The addition of bresaola and grana padano increases the fat and protein content of the dish, balancing it from a nutritional point of view. Traditional ingredients such as bread, olive oil, garlic and fresh tomatoes have been maintained because they are rich in healthy properties.

PREPARATION: Cut slices of bread about 1-2 cm thick and cook them in the oven. When the bread is well browned remove it from the oven, rub it with a clove of garlic and season it with olive oil. We will then add the other ingredients, such as fresh tomatoes, flaked grana and bresaola.

The quantities of food are referred to the standard reference man (1.75 x 75Kg), physically active, with active life habits that consume at least four complete meals a day.
