TRX: suspension training

It's been a while since I heard about the TRX Suspension Trainer, and then thanks to Giorgio Venturini, I had the chance to try it practically and let some of my clients try it. Excellent training tool, especially if you are a personal trainer. Simple, functional, versatile and practical!

A tool to try and not to be underestimated! Seems not demanding and for beginners, but it is not!

On the web there are many videos that demonstrate its use, but nobody, personally, had excited me that much! Especially since, I often relate to athletes / subjects with high levels of strength, and almost all the exercises that were offered in these videos were demonstrative and more suitable for beginners. But between me, I had already guessed, as with the TRX one could create decidedly appealing variants of some exercises.

So what do you do? Try them now !!! And so I did, I put them in the video clip that will follow and I leave you to judge what TRX means!

The proposed exercises are indicated exclusively for very strong subjects with high levels of motor control . In some cases it is not easy to stabilize the body and perform the movements. The purpose of the video is also to give creative cues to the many athletic trainers who are always looking for something new, and above all effective, for their athletes.

As I like to say: "A good dose of strength, a bit of imagination and creativity, all seasoned with a lot of motor control and here is a very delicious workout!"
