Condurango in Herbalist: Property of the Condurango
Due to its amarotonic properties, aperitifs and gastric analgesics, condurango is indicated for gastric pains, dyspepsias and anorexias of nervous origin, as well as an elective remedy for nausea in pregnancy; however, since there are no reliable data on its safety, this use must be discouraged; in fact, at high doses, the condurango was neurotoxic (convulsions, paralysis, vertigo, blurred vision).
Contraindications
Avoid taking in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components. At high doses, the condurango can cause disturbances of the central nervous system, nausea and vomiting.
Pharmacological Interactions
