An experience open to all to approach in a gentle and respectful way the Metacorporeal Breathing, which has already helped many people to relate differently and more consciously to their own way of being and feeling.

This technique is a particular mode of breathing through which it is possible to establish a new and more satisfying contact with one's intimate and emotional component.

The breath, gently guided, is the instrument that allows access to one's inner world, favoring the release of blocked energies and the manifestation of the emotional components connected to them.

It is a joyful and amusing experience, but also profound and stimulating, with sweetness and gradualness it helps to develop a different way to face fears, discomforts, anxiety, stress.

Metacorporeal respiration is a technique of prevention and psycho-physical well-being. It is based on the concept that our body is the seat of our emotions, thus favoring the restoration of the natural energy level, a greater psychophysical and emotional well-being and an awareness of our natural potential. This is not a medical or psychological therapy, but it is the natural process towards the dissolution of blocks and tensions to free the most healthy and creative part of each individual. After a Metacorporeal Breathing session, the body, mind and nervous system are in a state of deep relaxation, clarity and vital energy.
