Combat cellulite

It is my duty to explain what this phenomenon is so widespread among women to understand its nature as clearly as possible.

Causes of Cellulite

Example 5 daily meals:

Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea, 2 whole-wheat rusks, 3 Brazilian nuts, 1 glass of orange juice.

It is important not to let more than three hours pass between meals and remember to drink water constantly as it allows the right balance of the various electrolytes, facilitates digestion and elimination of waste; we recommend drinking at least 2-3 liters a day.

In the summer, as we know, a lot of liquids are lost and the intake must be increased by at least a liter or even more for those who do physical activity.

Curiosity: Cellulite implies an inflammatory state of the subcutaneous tract, it is advisable to take a multivitamin / mineral to restore possible food deficits and above all to keep under control the acid / base balance of our body with a more "basic" diet, that is with greater importance towards the more alkaline foods, they include fruits and vegetables.

Eating only "acid" foods such as pasta, bread, meat and cheese - without counterbalancing them with an adequate amount of "alkaline" foods - the body's balance will tend towards acid with consequent gastrointestinal acidity and marked inflammatory states (acidity = inflammation) .

We can check our acid / base level with a simple "do it yourself" test, buying litmus paper for the pH of urine in the pharmacy. These maps in contact with the urine indicate the pH with a numbered color scale; the ideal would be to have a value around 7.

Tricks: a very useful experiment could be done in a bathtub: we put about 100 grams of baking soda in a bathtub (preferably hydro-massage) full of hot, non-boiling water (because it would hinder circulation) and let's dive for about 45 minutes; then we slowly get up and quickly rinse the body with moderately cold water to reactivate the circulation. After drying, we will apply a specific "anti-cellulite" cream of good quality. Applying this system at least three times a week for a month you will notice substantial improvements on cellulite; moreover, the skin will be brighter, smoother and toned, with a clearly better appearance.
