5) What is the most effective workout for the buttocks?

Ask a woman what she would like to improve and she will answer you in only 2 ways: BUTTOCKS AND BREASTS.

The buttocks are increasingly at the center of attention in the gym and we try to discover the magical exercise.

The TV then accentuates the desire for a tonic and super-modeled buttock and who knows why it offers thousands and thousands of super food systems and millions of gadgets that can completely switch the shape and level of the blessed buttocks.

Among the exercises that I prefer most personally, there is the step up.

I call it the best of the exercises together with the shots.

Step up, or climb up and down from a big step, the exercise that puts the hardest fibers in your buttocks to the test.

The constancy in performing this exercise and the coordinative and proprioceptive abilities that you will have to insert to do it make this exercise a must for the remodeling of your buttocks.

Shots, 10-12 shots from 40-50 meters will make your buttocks something very similar to granite.

During the shots between the most stressed muscles there are the buttocks.

The buttocks, to be stimulated, do not need exhausting workouts of 15-20 repetitions, but of explosive and dense movements.

In short, short but very intense workouts.

We really need to work to change our buttocks and not only that, we really do want to do it.

Shots would be enough 2-3 times a week to overturn the situation of your buttocks.

Moreover, another exercise that I like to perform is an alternation of squats and explosive movements such as plyometric jumps.

Or, for a variant, press and plyometric movements as explosive leaps.

Perform the right movements well and in 2 months you can look at your buttocks with different eyes ...
