E342 AMMONIUM PHOSPHATE
Ammonium phosphate is an acidifying compound, little known but commonly used in several fields: both in the food industry (alcoholic beverages, packaged sweets), and in the textile industry, paper, wood (and not only).
At too high doses it can cause hyperactivity, digestive disorders and changes in the natural calcium-phosphorus balance in the body.
