AIP customized supplementary training

Programming of workloads in the water and fitness room, a further arrow to our bow

A structured scheduling of workloads, allows where possible, the possibility of obtaining an INTEGRATIVE CUSTOMIZED TRAINING (AIP), or a further and targeted training program, to be performed inside the weight room, perfectly balanced and organized according to the work already performed or to be performed in the training room, swimming pool and in all those group activities where general work programs are performed (lower limbs, upper limbs and trunk).

How many times have we operators in the sector been asked to ask questions such as: "... today that also works the chest? Why have I just done it in the weight room ..!", How many times customers who can spend more time in our centers, do they do "double" jobs? ... Would it not be better to optimize the time available to the customer? ... succeeding in this means obtaining certainly better results, therefore a more solid loyalty because based on the most important aspect of our work, competence and professionalism!

Certainly a similar project must pass the favorable consent of the technical management, which assessed the professionalism of all the members of its staff (including those who present the AIP project), will have no problem in dampening any form of "sector jealousy", which certainly cannot exist in a modern sports club.

A modern structure should be seen as a single "room" where our partner can move, stay, by virtue of a single purpose, get the desired results! Merit of a whole staff and not only of the single instructor.

Giving therefore taken for granted that combining and varying types of exercises, free loads, isotonic machines, cardiovascular works, free body, types of muscular contractions, executive speeds, recovery times, gravitational load (in water or on land) etc. you can certainly get better results ...

... WE COULD propose an integration of three weekly training sessions, with monthly training cycles, which will follow and integrate the lessons we have planned (see article on fitness room programming).

The duration of each training session can be around 30` (thirty minutes) and will take into account not only the objectives required by the partner but also possible pathologies, postural traumas etc.

THE CARDS Once delivered, they can be freely performed in the weight room in the presence of the instructor on duty, with the possibility of discussing the progress made with his trainer also via E-mail.

Commercially speaking, on the other hand, the CUSTOMIZED INTEGRATIVE TRAINING is intended to be inserted between a personal trainer service and a weight room training card.

Definitely and definitely cheaper than the PERSONAL TRAINER service due to its different use, BUT for the personalized service requested it cannot be included in the basic package.

In my opinion, all this could be another tool available to us in the difficult task of retaining our members.
