Analysis with tests of a summer athletic preparation

Below are all the training sessions performed by the FC Legnago Salus team (Serie D - Group C), during the summer preparation period that took place from 21 July to 28 August 2011.

At the end the tables with the results of the 3 tests carried out are illustrated:

  1. Plicometry: test used to analyze the body composition of the athlete through measurements of fat folds. The formula used for the calculation of fat mass is that of Jackson & Pollock 3 site, which provides for the measurement of fat folds in 3 different points of the body (chest, abdomen and thigh).
  2. Strength Test with Woodland Platform: test used to evaluate the athlete's explosive force through height measurements of three different types of jump. The Squat Jump is used to calculate the concentric strength level, the Jump Movement Counter is used to calculate the combined eccentric-concentric strength level and the Drop Jump is used to calculate the eccentric strength level.
  3. Yo Yo Endurance Test: Incremental resistance test that allows to measure the maximum VO2 level, the Maximum Aerobic Speed ​​and the Maximum Heart Rate.

1ST TRAINING - THURSDAY JULY 21st

3rd TRAINING - SATURDAY JULY 23rd

20 '- Tactical heating (3 colors) alternating with joint mobility;

15 '- Attack vs Defense tactics;

40 '- 2 groups:

Aerobic capacity (15 'of 2' slow run + 30 "stretch + 5 'stretching);

Tactics for ward with Mr;

15 '- Possession of 2 teams ball;

12 '- Aerobic capacity (12' of 2 'slow aerobic run + 1' extension);

10 '- Stretching-Draining column.

4th TRAINING - MONDAY 25 JULY (morning)
