Q: so when will we see you step on the Paris catwalks? Do you already have some news on the designers you will wear?

R: At the end of November - beginning of December I go to Paris to define everything and to make the cover of "MONSIEUR" one of the most important French fashion magazines, then in January there are the male catwalks and, since I am indicated for the haute couture and not for prêt-à-porter, Yves Saint Laurent, Armani, Luis Vuitton and others with good wearability were rumored to be stylists ... in others, I don't go into that.

Q: What are the secrets of your sculptural body ?

R: I state that I was born doing various types of sports and that I graduated in Physical Education in 2006, so physical activity is also my job, so everything becomes easier.

Specifically, my typical week structured like this:

MONDAY: body building training PECTORALS AND ABDOMEN (ABOUT 60 ')

TUESDAY: double session, BB training, LEGS AND CALVES (50 ') and aerobic training (70-80')

WEDNESDAY: BB DORSALI, TRICEPS AND ABDOMEN training (60 ')

THURSDAY: aerobic training (70-80 ')

FRIDAY: double session, BB SPALLE, BICIPITI AND ADDOME training (60 ')

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: absolute rest.

Q: instead with regards to nutrition and the training method in the gym ?

A: I have been on a diet for a lifetime now, although I would like to specify that it does not mean eating little but following a diet that provides all the necessary nutrients based on our basal metabolism and energy expenditure. I make 6 meals a day: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner and snack before bed ... in fashion you need to be not too bulky, because the sizes for the catwalks are very rigid but at the same time you have to be toned and defined ... so it's not easy at all ... that's why the choice of foods and the method of weight training become essential and are the real secret of my body. Clearly I do not disclose the details, but I can say that I choose complex carbohydrates and above all the simple ones and in the essential quantity, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, therefore vegetables, and very bioavailable proteins, also in the necessary quantities, given that in my work it is better to be less big but absolutely defined ... in short the turtle must be all there !!!

As far as the training method is concerned, I alternate periods of slight hypertrophy with strength cycles so as not to lose the nervous factor ... even if the definition / quality training is absolutely the most practical depending on the work I have and for the which I must arrive by force ... in short, a life of sacrifices ... but I like to do them because they lead to great satisfaction.

Ah, I almost forgot: zero alcohol and once a week sgarro ... and believe me that day is as important as the other 6 ... otherwise the adaptation arrives and from there we do not take sides ... compliments for the site. .. rich and scientific.
