In many cases, it is enough to modify some habits to avoid subjecting the hair to stressful situations, which could compromise its resistance.
- Use shampoo and conditioner with delicate, but restructuring and nourishing formulas. These products are usually free of alcohol and aggressive surfactants that can irritate the sensitive scalp. After washing the hair, to restore the right hydration of the hair and facilitate styling, apply an oily and strengthening product.
- Once a week, the balm can be replaced by a specific treatment, such as a mask ; to make the product penetrate better, you can put a cap on your hair, then wrap it with a towel for at least 10 minutes.
- High temperatures damage the foliage; to dry your hair it is therefore useful to use a special diffuser to be applied to the hair dryer and keep the jet of hot air at a distance of less than 25 centimeters from your hair.
- Healthy hair is also the result of a correct diet, which guarantees the right daily intake of mineral salts (potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc) and vitamins, with particular attention to E and those of group B.
