Remember that in aesthetics do not need large masses even for man, while a beautiful definition, depilation, tanning is more appreciable.
If the above is what can be done with model training, much more can be done in the clinical setting with a reasonable expense today. for which it is enough to give up for a while to the superfluous and, I will say, to the useless (to understand it is of no use - aesthetically speaking - wear supergriffati pants if you then have a bottom like the trunk of an SUV. Definitely smarter is to wear a pants of the market of the country and spend the money for a liposuction after a shock treatment in the weight room / integration).

EYES and EYEBROWS

Another eye surgery that you have certainly heard of is blepharoplasty which, however, is more common in people over 40 than in young people.
However, with this treatment the excess skin is eliminated and the bags are removed at the level of the upper and lower eyelids through small incisions. It operates under local anesthesia in an outpatient setting (with significant savings compared to clinical operations). The points are removed after 5-6 days and, after as long, you can resume work. It is natural that after the operation there is swelling and ecchymoses that will disappear within two / three weeks: during this period healing will be achieved by applying ice and favoring venous return, staying at head high even during nighttime sleep (via - for example - two pillows). In post-operative blepharoplasty it is normal to use antibiotic and anti-inflammatory eye drops on doctor's prescription. You will have to say stop training for at least a week since the Valsalva maneuver can cause pressure increases in the operated area, with risk of bleeding. Blepharoplasty can be supplemented with lipofilling to remove the dark depression under the lower eyelid. I do not mention laser or fractionated as it is suitable for over 40s.
On the eyes it is also possible to use cantoplasty for those who have a "Chinese" look, that is with an external singing downwards and pulled out: with a small incision, the song moves higher. Also in this case hospitalization is not necessary, but work in the clinic is sufficient, however short; the points are removed in 4 days; stop at the gym for 7 days and disappearance of each sign within two months.
