Up Down Program

The purpose of the "Up Down Program" training is to meet the main female needs in terms of well-being and beauty.

We will act on any imperfections caused by improper training, inadequate nutrition, stress and unfavorable physiological conditions, through targeted and targeted training.

As for the upper part of the body, we will work on muscle lengthening anteriorly and muscle shortening posteriorly causing a push-up effect on the breast, we will work for toning at the height of the abdomen and on the lower part of the body: buttocks, thighs and legs . We will work both for toning and for the correct venous return to the heart, improving circulation in the lower limbs and causing an inversely proportional effect: more blood, less blemishes.

All the training will be performed using the anaerobic alattacid and aerobic energy reserves, avoiding the use of the anaerobic lactic acid energy system.

The duration is 60 minutes for a frequency of 1 or 2 times a week.
