Directions ZINC OXIDE OXIDE ® Zinc oxide

ZINCO OSSIDO UNGUENTO ® is used in the treatment of minor skin disorders such as dermatoses and eczema.

Mode of action ZINC OXIDE OIL OIL ® Zinc oxide

Zinc oxide, properly mixed with specific pads and acquired the pharmaceutical form of ointment, can be effectively and easily used in the treatment of minor dermatological diseases such as eczema and dermatoses in general.

Different studies have shown the therapeutic properties of this compound emphasizing the cytoprotective action against ultraviolet, anti-irritative, healing and anti-inflammatory radiation.

Despite the defined therapeutic characteristics, the mechanism of action of zinc oxide has not yet been fully characterized by hypothesizing in addition to the crucial role of cofactor and catalyst also a modulator of gene expression, controlling the expression of genes involved in the inflammation.
