Product features Thermo Stack 2 - Maximize

Thermogenic: they are supplements that are born as adjuvants to the slimming process, acting on one of the crucial mechanisms in weight control. The thermogenesis, in fact, necessary to guarantee the body temperature and the correct functionality of the internal organs, represents one of the activities that have the greatest impact on the daily energy balance. It is in fact estimated that only the thermogenesis induced by the diet, that is the energy committed to digest, absorb and metabolize the nutrients, represents as much as 10% of the daily energy requirement. However, alongside this which we could define as obligatory, there is another thermogenesis, called optional, which can be modulated by a series of molecules capable of enhancing the sympathetic activity of the nervous system, and interacting with cellular receptors enhancing the activity of some biological pathways. And this is precisely the target of thermogenic supplements, able to mimic the action of catecholamines or to induce their synthesis, and modulate the adrenergic activity, intervening in particular on Beta 3 receptors, responsible for lipogenesis at the level of adipose tissue. The latter, in fact, and in particular one of its varieties known as brown or multilocular adipose tissue - maintained in the axillary, mediastinal, inguinal and cervical area - thanks to the presence of uncoupling proteins, can dissipate into thermal energy a large part of the proton gradient generally used for the synthesis of ATP, thus ensuring an increase in body temperature.

This energy expenditure, if associated with a low-calorie diet and other variables capable of further increasing the daily requirement, can significantly affect the general organic economy, facilitating the reduction in weight.

Although theoretically the whole seems somewhat linear, it should be emphasized that the reduction of food intake is read by the body as a "deficiency", which causes it to improve its metabolic efficacy, with negative repercussions on thermogenesis, already reduced in its component linked to diet, counteracting the continuation of weight loss. If we add to this a series of alterations and a flattening of thermogenesis in obese individuals, we can easily understand how this process, in itself, represents a limit but at the same time an important improvement field for understanding the complicated mechanisms that control the balance needle.

Product composition in brief:

Thermo Stack 2 - Maximize

White willow: the phytotherapic importance is linked to the presence of salicylates in its bark, including salicin, an analogue of acetylsalicylic acid with the same anti-inflammatory, anti-fever and pain relief properties, but without its side effects (irritation of gastric mucosa and increased haematic fluidity). Alone, salicin has not been shown to be particularly active in assisting weight loss, but administered together with other substances (xanthines in particular), it seems to be able to promote its anorectic and thermogenic activity.

Particular attention should be paid to the use in subjects allergic to salicylates.

Guarana: the energizing and stimulating effects linked to this plant are due to the presence of guaranine (an analogue of caffeine) and caffeine itself. Of course, all the benefits (increased frequency and cardiac tension, mental lucidity, improved digestion, analgesic, diuretic and naturally thermogenic properties) are traceable to those of caffeine, thanks to a sympathomimetic action. Excessive doses of guarana, considering that on average it contains 4-5% guaranine, could have repercussions on the cardiovascular system (tachycardia, extrasystoles) and nervous (anxiety, hyperexcitability and agitation).

Citrus Aurantium: plant of south-east Asia rich in flavonoic glycosides, coumarin, aldehydes and monoterpenes. Synephrine and octopamine are among the most biologically active principles. Their effects take the form of:

  1. Sympathomimetic action: they are able to activate alpha 1 adrenergic receptors and induce peripheral vasoconstriction;
  2. Thermogenic action: no experimental evidence shows the ability of these principles to act on beta 3 receptors and induce lipogenesis.

Various disorders are associated with the intake of massive doses of synephrine, from tremors to headaches, from tachycardia to hypertension, up to arrhythmias and cardiac arrest; however, the potentially dangerous quantities are not known.

Cola nuts and Caffeine : fruit of the cola plant, belonging to the same family as cocoa. The particularly bitter taste of cola is due to the presence of methylxanthines, in particular caffeine. This, once circulated, is used by the various tissues and acts at the level of the stomach, favoring acid secretion, of the heart, increasing its frequency and intensity, of the respiratory system, improving the ventilatory capacity of the muscle tissue, improving blood contraction and perfusion of the urinary system, ensuring vasodilation of the arterioles and facilitating filtration, and of the nervous system, increasing the secretion of catecholamines with consequent activation of the sympathetic (important to support thermogenesis). The maximum safe dose used in the studies is 300 mg, beyond which there are tremors, anxiety, tachycardia, insomnia and excitement. Prolonged use of caffeine, on the other hand, is an important risk factor for diseases of the gastro-intestinal tract, cardiovascular and nervous (migraine).

Rational integration into the practical Thermo Stack 2 sport - Maximize

This type of supplement can rightfully be included in the thermogenic category. These supplements must be distinguished from the so-called fat burners, as they do not include in their composition substances capable of altering the lipid oxidative metabolism. Their main effect, as shown by some studies, is expressed through the induction of thermogenesis, thus guaranteeing the increase in energy expenditure necessary to assist the slimming phase. Naturally, in order for these products to be able to guarantee tangible results, they must necessarily be associated with a hypocaloric diet and a programmed physical activity, also because, as can be seen from the critical reading of various works, and as can be easily deduced from common experience, the advantages that would derive from an increased energy expenditure would be completely in vain if associated with an over-supply.

Recommended use by the company - Thermo Stack 2 - Maximize

Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, preferably avoiding at night.

How to use in sports - Thermo Stack 2 - Maximize

Also in this case it is necessary to refer to the dosage suggested by the manufacturer; however, the energizing effects of the various products could also be exploited to improve performance. In this case it would be enough to take the daily dose a few minutes before training, given the rapid kinetics that characterize these molecules.

Side Effects Thermo Stack 2 - Maximize

The presence of alkaloids, and active ingredients capable of interfering with the hepatic enzyme chain responsible for drug metabolism, could definitely alter the pharmacokinetic properties of certain active ingredients, enhancing or reducing their effects.

In literature there is no specific indication about potential side effects associated with the administration of the product in question, therefore these should be traced back to the side effects of the individual components.

Precautions for use Thermo Stack 2 - Maximize

The Thermo Stack 2 - Maximize product is contraindicated in cases of renal or hepatic disease, cardiovascular disease and / or hypertension, pregnancy, lactation and age less than 12 years, as well as in adolescents not yet trained.

The Thermo Stack 2 product - Maximize must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, over 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a medical opinion.
