Calcium ferrocyanide, otherwise known as calcium hexachyanoferrate, is a synthetic product used as an additive to prevent lumps from forming in salt and salt substitutes. It therefore has an anti-caking function.

It comes in the form of crystals or a yellow crystalline powder

It is important to emphasize that at very low doses it is not harmful, while the intake of the pure substance is particularly toxic.
