Why was Curry born in India?

Tired of the usual chicken breast?

The fact that the curry - a mixture of spices with a particularly strong taste - is born in India does not seem to be the result of chance. In this country, in fact, the two most widespread religions are Hinduism (80.5%) and Islam (13.5%), which respectively prohibit the use of beef and pork for human consumption .

Consequently, in the Indian diet animal proteins are predominantly derived from poultry meat, such as chicken, whose taste is certainly not comparable to that of pork or beef. To compensate for this flatness of flavors, the Indians have developed various blends of spices with a strong taste, including curry.

Not surprisingly, one of the strongest dishes of Indian cuisine is precisely the curry chicken, which we offer you in this video recipe.
