Complaint to Red Bull

It is certainly not a novelty that certain millionaire companies suffer complaints from consumers organized in Class Action; the reasons may be the most disparate, sometimes (but not necessarily) justifiable!

In 2014 it was Red Bull!

Two Class Action in the Southern District of New York, headed by Benjamin Careathers, David Wolf, and Miguel Almarez, have accused Red Bull of "violating explicit guarantee and enrichment without just cause" (scope: marketing and labeling), which began historically since time of launch of the product on the market.

The court hearing will take place on the morning of May 1, 2015 and will declare the approval or rejection of the reimbursement to the Class Action. In the event that the legal action ends positively, users will be entitled to a pecuniary refund of $ 10, or in product of $ 15, within 150 days of approval.
