Grindelia in Herbalist: Property of the Grindelia
The hydroalcoholic extracts obtained from the flowering tops of grindelia have disinfectant, mucolytic and spasmolytic properties on the bronchial smooth muscle. However, human clinical studies are not available for the evaluation of safety and efficacy.
At Grindelia are also recognized cardiotonic properties.
Contraindications
Avoid use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components of the grindelia.
