Product features of Extreme Burner - M.Double You

Extreme burner: unlike other thermogenic supplements, characterized by the presence of substances able to increase the optional thermogenesis and thus increase daily energy expenditure, Extreme Burner - M.Double You uses a series of substances with lipotropic activity. Although these supplements are classified in the general thermogenic category, in reality they are born with the aim of shifting the metabolism towards the lipidic one, facilitating the loss of fat mass. Therefore, the mechanisms underlying the potential slimming action of the supplement are necessarily different, so that various studies show how the classic thermogenic (characterized by sympathomimetic substances), while guaranteeing weight loss in a low-calorie diet, do not act absolutely on the metabolism lipid, but allow an induction of thermogenesis with a consequent increase in daily energy requirements.

However, even in this case, in order for integration with these products to bring some benefit in terms of weight loss, it is necessary to maintain a low-calorie diet and constant physical activity.

The latter would certainly represent one of the most important variables, able to significantly affect the mobilization of lipid reserves.

Product composition in brief:

Extreme Burner - M.Double You

L-Carnitine: trimethylated amino acid derivative, synthesized mainly in the liver and kidneys from two essential amino acids, such as methionine and lysine, in the presence of vitamin C, vitamin B1 and B6. It is known that this molecule plays a key role in intermediate metabolism, and in particular in the oxidative metabolism of lipids. In fact, long chain fatty acids (excellent energy sources) cannot freely permeate the internal mitochondrial membrane, and therefore need to use a specific transporter, carnitine acetyl transferase, which directly transports them into the mitochondrial matrix (site of their oxidation). In order for the fatty acid to use this transporter, esterification with carnitine is necessary, which will subsequently be released into the mitochondrial matrix and can spread again on the cytoplasmic side. This process, particularly intense at the muscular and cardiac levels, further increases during physical exercise conducted at 50 - 60% of VO2 max, increasing the need for carnitine.

The methods of intake vary considerably and can generally reach up to 2 grams per day. At high doses episodes of insomnia, nausea, abdominal cramps, migraine and gastrointestinal disorders may occur, albeit rare.

Garcinia Cambogia 200mg extract: its phytotherapeutic properties are due to the presence of hydroxycitric acid, which appears to interfere with normal lipid metabolism. In particular, by sequestering acetyl CoA, it prevents the synthesis of fatty acids, significantly reducing lipogenesis (inhibition of the enzyme citrate lyase, necessary to supply acetyl Coa, the extra mitochondrial side) and shifting the balance towards glycogen synthesis, of which is an inductor. Studies show that among the supplements used for weight loss, hydroxycitric acid is among the most effective, recording losses of up to 25% of the fat mass and observing a significant reduction in the expression of genes involved in adipogenesis. Excellent successes were recorded on animal models, where a significant reduction in abdominal fat levels was observed. Although there are no noteworthy side effects, the recommended dose of garcinia cambogia is between 500 and 2000 mg, titrated to 50% hydroxycitric acid.

Vitamin B6: contained in many foods of animal and vegetable origin, it is absorbed mainly as pyridoxine in the intestine. Once reached the liver, bound to albumin, it is first converted into pyridoxal and then phosphorylated. The most important role of this vitamin is expressed in the optimization of the processes of transamination, decarboxylation and racemization of amino acids, as well as in the process of glycogenolysis and synthesis of unsaturated fatty acids and carnitine. It therefore plays a fundamental role in ensuring the correct use of food proteins. It is easy to understand, therefore, that the daily requirement varies greatly depending on the protein content of the diet (1.5 mg of vitamin B6 per 100 grams of protein); however it is recommended to take at least 1.4 mg / day.

Sensory neuropathy occurred for doses above 50 mg / day, which should therefore be considered as potentially harmful.

Chromium : introduced in the form of chromium picolinate, it is today the most stable and safest form of this trace element. Introduced by mouth, only a very small part manages to be absorbed in the intestine reaching the circulatory stream, where the chromium linked to cromodulin and transferrin is transported to the liver. From the hepatocytes it will then be sorted to the various tissues, and in particular to those insulin sensitive such as muscle tissue, where it falls within the glucidic tolerance factor (it seems to be involved in molecular mechanisms that are not yet completely clear, with the participation of other proteins such as resistin ), would enhance the insulin signal, facilitating cellular glucose uptake. It is no coincidence that chromium picolinate can be successfully used also in the treatment of type II diabetic pathology. Thanks to this action, and therefore thanks to the reduction of circulating glucose levels, lipid metabolism is also inevitably regulated.

Despite this important metabolic action, the role of this trace element on the variation of body composition and on weight loss remains to be clarified. It is also worth mentioning that EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), while registering chromium picolinate as the best source for dietary supplementation, has reserved the possibility to carry out further studies on the genotoxicity of this element.

The daily requirement of chromium is estimated at around 50 mcg, but supplementation provides much higher doses, generally not less than 200 mcg.

Rationalization of integration in Extreme Burner sports practice - M.Double You

Several studies have been carried out on individual compounds, most of which are not very encouraging. The big limit that influences the efficacy of these products seems to be the starting condition of the person, so much so as to be particularly effective in individuals suffering from certain pathologies or deficiencies, and quite lacking in benefits in healthy individuals.

However, the synergy between these compounds seems to bring some extra advantages, observing a marked improvement in the antioxidant properties of the organism and the lipidemic profile and a reduction in visceral adipose tissue, exclusively on laboratory animals.

To date, significant clinical trials are lacking that show the effects of these compounds, taken simultaneously, on the change in body composition.

Suggested use by the company - Extreme Burner - M.Double You

As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules of Ultimate Burner a day. Ingest one capsule 30 minutes before each meal. On exercise days, take 3 capsules, about an hour before training.

Side Effects Extreme Burner - M.Double You

The presence of alkaloids and active ingredients capable of interfering with the hepatic enzyme chain, responsible for drug metabolism, could definitely alter the pharmacokinetic properties of certain active ingredients, enhancing or reducing their effects.

In literature there is no specific indication about potential side effects associated with the administration of the product in question, therefore these should be traced back to the side effects of the individual components.

Precautions for using Extreme Burner - M.Double You

The product Extreme Burner - M.Double You is contraindicated in cases of renal or hepatic disease, cardiovascular disease and / or hypertension, pregnancy, breastfeeding and age less than 12 years, as well as in adolescents not yet trained.

The Extreme Burner - M.Double You product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, over 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a medical opinion. The E-110 dye can negatively affect children's activity and attention.
