Prosperous breast and spine pains? How to prevent and treat

We tend to think that increasing the muscle volume of the pectoral muscles is the solution for this type of problem, it is not really so!

The breast is not provided with muscle tissue but with adipose tissue, so work should be centered on the dorsal part and on the arms, also with the aid of weights or elastic bands.

Attendance is important: at least 3 times a week to dedicate to exercises for the external rotators (small, small round, rhomboid) and the extensor muscles of the back on the medium and superficial level, for about 5-6 months.

This will above all serve to achieve a correct posture, to rearrange the shoulders and to assume a more proactive attitude even in a socio-relational sphere.

Also important in everyday life, keep a correct posture, striving to keep your back straight and your chest out, trying to transform this initially uncomfortable position into the usual one.
