What is BullsWorkout®

General conditioning of the body, strength, speed, elasticity, reactivity, coordination and ability to concentrate. These are the goals of BullsWorkOut®.

A HIGH-INTENSITY training with which you can increase your METABOLISM and your AEROBIC POWER.

The unbalanced engagement of muscles and joints leads to discrepancies, torsions, compensations and postural alterations. From this awareness the need arose to add to each specific workout a work of strengthening and global rebalancing of the muscle chains, in order to prevent the postural imbalances that would result. From these bases my need arises to create a workout that can change your sporting performance.

The results of the athletes involved in the BullsWorkOut® training have led to an improvement in posture, walking, bodily center and athletic performance, as well as a NET IMPROVEMENT OF SPORT PERFORMANCE.

Training Method

The BULLSWORKOUT TRAINING METHOD is a unique and complete path to understand how to plan and periodize your and your athletes' competitive training. It is structured in three parts and is tailored according to the discipline practiced. Every sport, in fact, requires different programming, which is why the first phase involves an in-depth analysis of the needs of the individual, an analysis carried out by expert athletic trainers assisted by competitors at national level.

The goal is so simple that it is apparently trivial: to provide the keys to a defined, structured scientific planning aimed at improving performance. This is not a point of arrival but, on the contrary, a starting point for coaches and athletes who aim to always get the most out of their training.

Certifications

The L1 TRAINER CERTIFICATION can be summarized as a methodological introduction, where the concepts and movements underlying the Bulls Workout® are explained. It includes the theoretical and practical basis for organizing not only training in the training room, but also in the training room and in different sports contexts.

To enter this course, no pre-requisites are required, only a passion for fitness and a great desire to keep up to date.

The second L2 TRAINER CERTIFICATION is an intermediate course based on the concepts and movements of Level 1, developing and enriching them to achieve a higher level of knowledge. It is the course / level indicated for all those who wish to become coaches of Bulls Workout®, able to create advanced training programs in all sports fields.

The third L3 TRAINER CERTIFICATION, allows to develop, for the coaches holding the 2nd level, an even greater practical and theoretical awareness and the ability to program an entire season in all sports areas; provides a theoretical and practical final exam. Finally, the best of the course, will have the opportunity to become a Master Trainer and will be included in the BullsWorkout Team and become Trainers.

Training Schedule

When planning a BullsWorkOut® workout you need to start and end with an adequate warmup and cooldown session, which must be a Core Stability session.

This is because, in addition to having excellent benefits with regard to injury prevention, they allow you to activate the right mental concentration.

In training you need to alternate resistance exercises with other exercises using higher loads and lower repetition intervals.

In choosing the exercises and their sequence, one must avoid concentrating only on one part of the body. Change the lens from one exercise to the next so you don't always work on the same muscle group in sequence and avoid keeping the body in the same position for prolonged periods of time. In this way those who participate will receive a better stimulus, minimizing the risk of injuries, without compromising the results.

It is essential to include a mix of the "6 basic movements", ie: pushes, pulls, jumps, balance, seals and rotations. This will ensure a balanced set of important movements in each session.

The BullsWorkout® method activates all the muscle groups since it develops in X and divides the body on the sagittal and frontal plane, combining biarticular exercises with other mono-articular so as to have the most attention on muscular imbalances (already in nature we are equipped with) that often accentuate during normal training sessions.
